Six Core Values
We choose to have our fellowship priesthood servants serve in the area where their passion, talents, and gifts will be best utilized and fully realized. As a fellowship, our goal is to help equip and develop our servant leaders not only to serve KPFI, but to nourish their own flocks, and other believers in the kingdom, Colossians 1:9-10.
Our regional leaders will be strategically positioned based on their demonstrated capacity, humble and teachable spirits, and unquenchable passion to see their assigned area grow and thrive.
We seek to continuously build a community of authentic and genuine relationships. A community where every priesthood servant knows that there is a strong support system with other fellow ministers of the gospel standing with them, Romans 12:3-5 and 1 Cor 12:25-27.
As individual servant leaders, and as a corporate body, we seek only to glorify, edify and draw nearer to God through prayer, worship, and fellowship, Ephesians 4:12-16. In doing so, we ensure that we keep God first in all Kingdom work.
As Kingdom Priesthood leaders, we employ ourselves to study to show ourselves approved and be ready to attest to the joy that is in us, 2 Timothy 2:15.
We accept the charge to establish and maintain a climate and culture of dignity and excellence; an atmosphere where followers of Christ, regardless of their culture, ethnicity, or background are embraced, Galatians 3:28.

We understand that in order for progress to happen, exposure to different person, places and ideas are needed, to allow the forward movement of the WORD. Kingdom Priesthood encourages spiritual networking, Romans 12:16.
